The journal
We upload the journal reports to the Global Portal. You pull the reports and input the report data into your accounting system.
Uploading of data
We import the lease data into the BDO software.
Readiness check
We review and assess the accuracy and completeness of the lease information, and may follow-up with clarifying questions. (We can provide additional assistance with data accuracy and contract reviews, if needed.)
Data input
You populate the lease information in the BDO template and upload the completed template to the Global Portal. (We can provide additional assistance to you in terms of contract analysis, if required.)
Training
We provide training on where to find lease information, and on how you upload and retrieve information on the BDO Global Portal.
