BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team is pleased to announce that IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group has acquired AquaTox Testing & Consulting Inc. (“AquaTox”) in an all-cash transaction.
BDO Canada acted as advisor to AquaTox, assisting the shareholders of the business throughout the complete divestiture process.
AquaTox Testing & Consulting Inc. operates one of the largest toxicology laboratories in Ontario and has provided testing services to industry and government agencies for more than 30 years.
