BDO’s M&A and Capital Markets team is pleased to announce that Cloverdale Paint has acquired KelCoatings Ltd. (“KelCoatings”) in May 2021.
BDO Canada acted as an affiliated financial advisor to KelCoatings alongside Geneva Canada, assisting the company’s shareholder through the entire divestiture process.
KelCoatings is a supplier of coil coatings for customers in the U.S. and Canada. In business for over 50 years, the company has established a reputation for crafting specialty coatings to suit the individual needs of its customers.
