Sponsorships and partnerships

Proudly supporting our communities

We all play a role in building thriving communities we want to live in. Our partnerships and sponsorships are committed to supporting the dynamic communities in which we live, work, and play. We believe global change starts at the local level, and it’s through these connections that we can truly make an impact.

Powering potential across Canada

We are fiercely proud of the organizations we support and the change they inspire. Meet the partners who share our commitment to diversity, sustainability, and community engagement.

Golf Canada

Golf Canada and BDO Canada have joined forces to make BDO Canada the Official Business and Professional Services Partner of Golf Canada, including two of its signature events: the RBC Canadian Open and the CP Women’s Open.

The partnership also recognizes BDO as the presenting sponsor for all nine Canadian Amateur Golf Championships.

Shuswap Trail Alliance

The Shuswap Trail Alliance exists as a collaboration of partners working together to create purpose-built, sanctioned, and sustainable trails throughout the Shuswap region.

Our BDO Canada office in Salmon Arm, B.C. office has partnered with the Alliance to attend and support its fundraising events in the community.

150 Women Who Care

BDO Canada’s Portage la Prairie office has been supporting this community-driven initiative by the Community Foundation of Portage and District (CFPD) since its inception in 2019. During the annual event, 150 women from the community commit to awarding a $10,000 grant to a deserving not-for-profit organization.

CFPD is very grateful for the support from BDO Portage la Prairie for our 150 Women Who Care event each year. The purpose of the event is to showcase the amazing work our local not-for-profits are doing and engage members of our community by allowing them to choose the impact of the $10,000 grant. Without the support from BDO, we would not be able to host such a high-level event that is enjoyed by all who attend.

Helmets to Hardhats

Helmets to Hardhats is dedicated to assisting veterans and active reservists transition from military service into well-paid, highly skilled second careers in construction and related industries. BDO Canada’s Oakville office has been proud to support this initiative for the past 10 years.

Established in 2012, Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) is a not-for-profit organization assisting veterans, reservists, cadets, and resettled Afghan interpreters into construction industry opportunities throughout Canada. BDO has been there with us from day one and your support is truly commendable and very much appreciated. Thank you BDO.
